We are the world’s first sports and entertainment venue to be TRUE Platinum Certified for Zero Waste as well as LEED Gold Certified.
 
In 2021, State Farm Arena became the first arena to host a zero waste NBA All-Star Game.
 
In 2023, State Farm Arena partnered with Georgia Natural Gas® and joined their Greener Life® for Business program. Through the program, 100% of the greenhouse gas emissions from natural gas used in State Farm Arena are offset and have a net-zero impact on the environment.*
