ATLANTA (November 3, 2023) – Get ready for an uproarious evening of laughter at the highly anticipated ATL Comedy Festival, coming to the award-winning State Farm Arena on Saturday, April 27, 2024. The show features a star-studded lineup of renowned comedians, including Sommore, Lavell Crawford, Tony Roberts, Don DC Curry, Bill Bellamy and Teddy Carpenter. With their perfect blend of humor and charm, these world-class comedians each bring their own unique comedic style, offering something for everyone.

Tickets will be available starting with Artist and AMEX presales beginning Wednesday, Nov. 8 at 10 a.m. local time. The general on sale begins Friday, Nov. 10 at 10 a.m. local time on Ticketmaster.com.

ABOUT THE LINEUP:

SOMMORE, the award-winning comedienne of "Chandelier Status," has had a successful career spanning over 20 years. A trailblazer for women in comedy, Sommore has appeared in hit films like "Soul Plane," "Something New," and "Friday After Next." Her television credits include shows like "The Parkers" and "The Hughley's." She has also been a guest on popular shows like "The Oprah Winfrey Show," "The Tonight Show with Jay Leno," "The View," and "Politically Incorrect with Bill Maher." LAVELL CRAWFORD, a critically acclaimed comedian and actor, is known for his stand-up comedy as well as his notable acting career. He gained fame for his role as Huell Babineaux in the series "Breaking Bad" and its spin-off "Better Call Saul." Crawford has appeared in films like "The Ridiculous 6," "Mike and Dave Need Wedding Dates," "American Ultra," and "On the Count of Three." He has released five stand-up specials, including the highly praised "The Comedy Vaccine," which earned him a Grammy® nomination for Best Comedy Album. TONY ROBERTS, a multitalented comedian, actor, writer, and occasional director, hails from Detroit and holds the esteemed title of the "comedians-comedian." He has headlined in comedy clubs all over the US and has been part of major tours like Katt Williams' "2023 And Me," The Shaquille O'Neal All-Star Comedy Jam Tour, and Nephew Tommy's "I Got People Inside My Head" Tour. Tony made his television debut on HBO's "Def Comedy Jam" and went on to appear on shows like "It's Showtime at the Apollo," BET's "Comic View," and "The Shaquille O'Neal All-Star Comedy Jam." DON "DC" CURRY gained stardom in the '90s at San Francisco's comedy clubs with his bold and outspoken style. He took his act nationwide, becoming well-known for his portrayal of Uncle Elroy Jones in the popular films "Next Friday" and "Friday After Next." Curry has been a frequent guest and former host on BET's "Comic View" and has appeared on HBO's "Def Comedy Jam." In addition to his comedy career, he has had regular roles on TV shows like "Grace Under Fire" and "The Steve Harvey Show," and lent his voice to the animated hit "The Boondocks." TEDDY CARPENTER is in his 36th year of standup comedy. Bag Policy

Bag Size Requirement:

14" x 14" x 6" or smaller
All bags are subject to screening
State Farm Arena does not enforce a clear bag policy

Approved Bags:

Single-compartment drawstring bags, purses, or fashion backpacks that are smaller than 14" x 14" x 6".
Medical bags and diaper bags accompanying a child are exempt from the size requirement policy but are subject to search. Parents may bring in plastic bottles of formula or milk inside the arena.
Approved media members may bring backpacks, provided that they undergo screening at the Media Entrance.
Strollers are welcome inside the arena, but must be checked inside Gate 1 at the Guest Service Center (view arena map).

Prohibited Bags:

All bags larger than 14" x 14" x 6". This includes briefcases, purses, and luggage.
Backpacks and hard-sided bags of any size. Approved media members may bring backpacks, provided that they undergo screening at the Media Entrance.

Bag Valet:

For a fee, guests with non-complying bags can check their bag or item at the Bag Valet tent by Gate 2, located off of Centennial Olympic Park Dr.
Bag valet is available two hours prior to the event start time through one hour after the conclusion of the event. Items must be retrieved the same day.
