CELEBRATION OF LIFE FOR TAKEOFF ANNOUNCED FOR FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 11TH FOR FANS IN ATLANTA
THE CEREMONY WILL BE HELD AT STATE FARM ARENA FOR GEORGIA RESIDENTS
Family, friends, and fans globally continue to mourn the loss of Kirsnick Khari Ball, known to the world as Takeoff. To honor Ball and allow fans to pay their respect to the superstar, the family of the beloved will host a special Celebration of Life this Friday, November 11th at Atlanta’s State Farm Arena at 12:00 p.m
Free tickets are available only to Georgia residents starting today, Tuesday, November 8th at 2 p.m. via Ticketmaster.
Fans can secure a maximum of two (2) tickets at Ticketmaster.
Tickets are non-transferrable, and parties must enter the venue together. All guests are strongly encouraged to arrive early with doors opening at 11 a.m. State Farm Arena will offer free parking for ticketed guests in the Ruby Lot (100 Baker Street Extension, Atlanta, GA, 30303) until the lot is full. This is a limited-capacity event, and it is recommended that fans who do not secure tickets to not come downtown.
Takeoff was one of the most influential names in modern music whose creativity left a profound impact on music and culture as we know it today. The cherished Quality Control/Motown superstar was a part of the supergroup Migos and was a beloved son, grandson, brother, nephew and friend to so many.
The public memorial will follow a strict no photo and no video policy. All devices will be checked with Yondr bags prior to entering the arena. Media will not be allowed entry to cover the event. Images from the event will be provided following the conclusion.
The family asks that in lieu of flowers or gifts that donations should be made to The Rocket Foundation which was recently established to support programs which are saving lives through proven, community-based solutions to prevent gun violence. Donations can be made at: www.rocket-foundation.org

PARKING & DIRECTIONS
- Free parking for ticketed guests will be offered on a first come, first serve basis in the Ruby Lot until the lot is full. Mobile ticket must be shown to the attendant to access the lot.
- Ruby Lot entrance is at 199 Alabama St SW, Atlanta, GA, 30303. For directions click here or use your Waze app.
- Overflow parking available in Sapphire, CNN and Red Decks will be at a reduced rate of $20.

DEVICE-FREE EVENT
- Upon arrival to State Farm Arena, all phones, smart watches, tablets, cameras and accessories will be secured in individual Yondr pouches that will be opened at the end of the event.
- Anyone seen using a device (phone, smart watch, tablet, cameras, or accessories) during the event will be escorted out of the venue by security. We appreciate your cooperation in following the no-phone and no-video policy.
TICKETING & SEATING
- Tickets are non-transferrable. If you secured two tickets, all parties must enter the venue together.

BAG POLICY & PROHBITED ITEMS
- All guest bags will be screened.
- X-ray scanners have been staged at all entrances to reduce touchpoints for bag checks.
- Bags are permitted but must meet the 14” x 14” x 6" size requirement.
- No gifts or arts will be allowed inside or near the venue. In lieu, the family asks that donations be made at Rocket-Foundation.org.
- State Farm Arena will not have an internal bag storage area and may not take possession of or otherwise hold patron bags.
- Cameras, Go Pros, iPads/tablets, selfie sticks, drones, noisemakers, and audio/video recording are not permitted.
- All-devices, including cell phones and smart watches, will be secured in individual Yondr pouches that will be opened at the end of the event.

All pouches and equipment are routinely sanitized. The Yondr staff is trained and required to follow safety guidelines and hygiene protocols to practice social distancing, minimal contact and wear required personal protective equipment.

Bag Policy
State Farm Arena is required to prohibit all bags, including briefcases, purses, luggage, and diaper bags, larger than 14" x 14" x 6" from being brought into the arena. Backpacks and hard-sided bags of any kind are also prohibited. Single-compartment drawstring bags and fashion backpacks or purses that are smaller than 14" x 14" x 6" are permitted.
