Please plan to arrive early to allow plenty of time to park and enter the arena.

The memorial will follow a strict no photo and no video policy.
Upon arrival all devices, including phones, smart watches, tablets, cameras, etc. will be secured in individual Yondr pouches that will be opened at the end of the event.

This is a limited-capacity event, and it is recommended that fans who did not secure tickets to not come downtown.

PARKING & DIRECTIONS

• Free parking for ticketed guests will be offered on a first come, first serve basis in the Ruby Lot until the lot is full. Mobile ticket must be shown to the attendant to access the lot.
• Ruby Lot entrance is at 199 Alabama St SW, Atlanta, GA, 30303. For directions click here or use your Waze app.
• Overflow parking available in Sapphire, CNN and Red Decks will be at a reduced rate of $20.

DEVICE-FREE EVENT 

• Upon arrival to State Farm Arena, all phones, smart watches, tablets, cameras and accessories will be secured in individual Yondr pouches that will be opened at the end of the event.
• Anyone seen using a device (phone, smart watch, tablet, cameras, or accessories) during the event will be escorted out of the venue by security. We appreciate your cooperation in following the no-phone and no-video policy.
   

TICKETING & SEATING 

• Tickets are non-transferrable. If you secured two tickets, all parties must enter the venue together.

• This is a limited-capacity event, and it is recommended that fans who did not secure tickets to not come downtown.
   

BAG POLICY & PROHBITED ITEMS

• All guest bags will be screened. 
• X-ray scanners have been staged at all entrances to reduce touchpoints for bag checks. 
• Bags are permitted but must meet the 14” x 14” x 6" size requirement.  
• No gifts or arts will be allowed inside or near the venue. In lieu, the family asks that donations be made at Rocket-Foundation.org.
• State Farm Arena will not have an internal bag storage area and may not take possession of or otherwise hold patron bags. 
• Cameras, Go Pros, iPads/tablets, selfie sticks, drones, noisemakers, and audio/video recording are not permitted.   
• All-devices, including cell phones and smart watches, will be secured in individual Yondr pouches that will be opened at the end of the event.

IS THIS EVENT OPEN TO THE PUBLIC?

• UPDATE: Tickets for the Celebration of Life for Takeoff scheduled for Nov. 11^th at State Farm Arena are NO longer available. The event has reached capacity; fans who were not able to secure tickets are strongly encouraged to not come downtown. No gifts or items will be permitted to be left at or near the venue.

WHERE DO I GET TICKETS?

• Free tickets will be made available to Georgia residents on Ticketmaster.com starting Tuesday, November 8^th at 2pm local.
• Fans can secure a maximum of two (2) tickets.
• Tickets are made available on a first-come, first-serve basis.
   

I WANT TO SIT NEXT TO MY FRIENDS. HOW DO WE GET TICKETS TOGETHER?

• Tickets are chosen by the system by best available.
• The maximum number of tickets that fans can secure is two (2) and those two tickets will be seated together.
• There is no guarantee that you will be able to sit near your friends if you secure your tickets separately.
   

I HAVE TICKETS, HOW DO I GET TO THE ARENA AND WHERE DO I PARK?

• State Farm Arena is located at 1 State Farm Drive, Atlanta, GA 30303
• Free parking for ticketed guests is available in the Ruby Lot (100 Baker Street Extension, Atlanta, GA, 30303) until the lot is full.
• Taking MARTA is strongly encouraged.

WHAT TIME DOES THE CELEBRATION OF LIFE BEGIN?

• Start time is 12:00 PM
• Doors open at 11:00 AM
• Please plan to arrive early to avoid traffic and to give yourself plenty of time to park and enter the venue as this is a device-free event. Upon arrival at the venue, phones will be checked with Yondr that will be opened at the end of the event.

CAN I BRING A GIFT OR FLOWERS?

• The family asks that in lieu of flowers or gifts that donations be made at www.rocket-foundation.org.
• No gifts or arts will be allowed inside or near the venue.

• This is a limited-capacity event, and it is strongly recommended that fans who do not secure tickets do not come downtown.

IS MEDIA ALLOWED ENTRY?

• No. Media will not be allowed entry to cover the event. Images from the event will be provided following the conclusion.

All pouches and equipment are routinely sanitized. The Yondr staff is trained and required to follow safety guidelines and hygiene protocols to practice social distancing, minimal contact and wear required personal protective equipment.

Anyone seen using a device during the event will be escorted out of the venue by security. We appreciate your cooperation in creating a device-free experience.

Media will not be allowed entry into State Farm Arena; there will be two locations outside the venue designated for live shots, video and/or photography. State Farm Arena is required to prohibit all bags, including briefcases, purses, luggage, and diaper bags, larger than 14" x 14" x 6" from being brought into the arena. Backpacks and hard-sided bags of any kind are also prohibited. Single-compartment drawstring bags and fashion backpacks or purses that are smaller than 14" x 14" x 6" are permitted.
