Merchandise
- Early merch shopping is open to the public outside Gate 7 located at 10 Andrew Young International Blvd on Saturday & Sunday at 4 PM.
- Ticketed fans can find merch stands inside the arena at Gates 1, 5, 6 and in front of Section 227 starting at 6:30 PM.
General Admission
WRISTBAND DISTRIBUTION TIMES & LOCATION:
- Early line up for numbered wristbands pick up starts at 9 AM at Gate 6 on show day.
- Overnight camping is not allowed.
- From 9 AM to 12 PM, GA ticket holders can pick up their numbered wristbands at Gate 6 from a credentialed State Farm Arena security staff member.
- Each ticket holder must be present to receive a wristband, which will be issued upon presentation of a valid GA ticket. Only one wristband will be provided per ticket holder. This wristband will determine your lineup position.
- Numbered wristbands will not be given out after 12 PM. Guests arriving after this time may still line up at Gate 6 but will only receive a GA wristband after doors open at 6:30 PM.
LEAVING & RETURNING:
- After receiving a wristband, guests may leave the premises but must return to Gate 6 by 4:30 PM and line up in numerical order for their wristband number to be honored.
- Guests arriving after 4:30 PM, regardless of wristband status, will be placed at the end of the line.
- Please account for heavy traffic due to nearby events and plan your return accordingly.
AFTER DOORS OPEN AT 6:30 PM:
- Any general admission guests arriving after 6:30 PM, once doors have opened, must enter through Gate 6.

Bag Policy
Bag Size Requirement:
- 14" x 14" x 6" or smaller
- All bags are subject to screening
- State Farm Arena does not enforce a clear bag policy
Approved Bags:
- Single-compartment drawstring bags, purses, or fashion backpacks that are smaller than 14" x 14" x 6".
- Medical bags and diaper bags accompanying a child are exempt from the size requirement policy but are subject to search. Parents may bring in plastic bottles of formula or milk inside the arena.
- Approved media members may bring backpacks, provided that they undergo screening at the Media Entrance.
- Strollers are welcome inside the arena, but must be checked inside Gate 1 at the Guest Service Center (view arena map).
Prohibited Bags:
- All bags larger than 14" x 14" x 6". This includes briefcases, purses, and luggage.
- Backpacks and hard-sided bags of any size. Approved media members may bring backpacks, provided that they undergo screening at the Media Entrance.
Bag Valet:
- For a fee, guests with non-complying bags can check their bag or item at the Bag Valet tent by Gate 2, located off of Centennial Olympic Park Dr.
- Bag valet is available two hours prior to the event start time through one hour after the conclusion of the event. Items must be retrieved the same day.
Lost Bag:
- If you have an inquiry regarding an unclaimed item, please fill out this form to claim your item.

Cashless Enviroment
State Farm Arena is a cashless environment. Card payment will be required at all ticket, food & beverage, and retail locations. No cash payments will be accepted.
