COVID-19 Testing & Vaccination Requirements
COVID-19 VACCINATION & TESTING
Proof of COVID-19 vaccination OR a negative COVID-19 test result within 48 hours for PCR tests or 24 hours for antigen tests will be required for entry. Vaccination documentation and negative test results are subject to photo ID verification. Please read this information carefully and in its entirety:
- Proof of Vaccination:
- If you are fully vaccinated, meaning it has been at least two weeks after your second dose of Pfizer or Moderna, or two weeks past a single Johnson & Johnson vaccine, please be prepared to show your physical COVID-19 Vaccination Record Card or a digital copy/ photo of such card before entering the venue.
- Vaccination documentation is subject to photo ID verification.

- Negative Test Results:
- If you are not fully vaccinated, please be prepared to show physical, digital or photo documentation your negative COVID-19 test result.
- PCR test must be taken no more than 48 hours and antigen test must be taken no more than 24-hours prior to entry.
- At-home tests will not be accepted.
- Negative test results are subject to photo ID verification.

Bag Policy

State Farm Arena has a strict bag policy in place to ensure safety for all attendees.
Please note that bags larger than 14" x 14" x 6", including briefcases, purses, luggage, and diaper bags, are not allowed in the arena. Additionally, backpacks and hard-sided bags of any kind are prohibited. However, you are welcome to bring in single-compartment drawstring bags and fashion backpacks or purses that are smaller than 14" x 14" x 6".
